Frear will have his review by Monday September 16th, 2002. Frank has approached Warren Spratley as a trustee and talked with him about the offer. Questions arose for Frear to consider:

1. Can we cancel the process of the contingency? 2. Is it worth buying? 3. Is there another way to do it that is more advantageous to us?

The meeting continued with follow up about the interview with Donna Mae. A list of concerns were made and discussed.
