A motion was made and seconded for this meeting to move into executive session.
A motion was made by Dan Clark to move out of executive session, and to approve items discussed during the executive session. Motion was seconded and passed.

Special called meeting to discuss Finance Committee business.
The meeting was called to order by Senior Warden Charles Edmonson at 6:30 pm.
A motion was made and seconded that this meeting be conducted in executive session. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Dan Clark and seconded by Kay Olson to move out of executive session and put into effect items discussed during the executive session. Motion passed. Senior Warden and Treasurer Linda Curtis will proceed with implementing the items discussed.
