A special meeting of the vestry of St. John’s Church, Elizabeth City Parish, Hampton, VA was called on June 3, 1999 by Letia Drewry, Senior Warden. The registrar was present.
Those present were Marian Blount, Rick Harman, Keith Hatch, Connie Heath, Lew Vermillion, Richard Hayes, Leo Vaisvil, Frank Edgar, Mac McKinney, Jane Heiby, Billie Einselen, Nancy Adams, and Letia Drewry.
Those absent were Dan Clark and Vestil Lewis.
