March 3, 2025 The Vestry of St. John’s Church, Elizabeth City Parish, was called to order on March 3, 2025, at 6:34 p.m. by Darden Barrett. Present were Darden Barrett – Senior Warden, Ellen Griffith – Registrar, Scott Curtis, Bob Harper, Anne Rutherford, Ron Kindley, Linda Curtis – Treasurer. Bettyrene Pope, Brad Norris, Andrew Mackey, and The Rev Lisa Erdeljon were absent. Ascertainment of Quorum: A quorum was present. Explanation of Emergency Meeting: Darden explained the reason for calling an emergency meeting was due to an employee benefits discrepancy. Meeting Business: A Motion was made by Darden Barrett to have an addendum added to Lisa’s Letter of Agreement to have St. John’s cover Lisa’s Health Insurance costs at 100%, seconded by Ron Kindley. The motion was approved unanimously. Adjournment: A Motion was made by Darden Barrett to adjourn the meeting at 6:41 p.m. and seconded by Ellen Griffith. The motion was approved unanimously.
