Special vestry meeting.
Special vestry meeting was called to order at 6:40 pm by Senior Warden Charles Edmonson with all members present.
Dan Clark made a motion to move into executive session second by Vestal Lewis. Motion carried
A motion was made by Brian McMahon and seconded by Dan Clark to move out of executive session and approve actions taken in the executive session, it was announced that Peter’s last Sunday would be August 25, 2013.
The letter sent to the parish by the treasurer was well received, Linda Curtis said she had gotten several compliments from the parishioners.
Drawings of the west and south stoops will be included in the plans being sent to the city by the contractors.
The air conditioner has been replaced in the Hoffman House.
Charles Edmonson reported that the Trustee issue has been resolved and new documents will be filed at the court house
Dan Clark closed the meeting with prayer.
